Welcome!

We are Chavura Beth Chai - Creating and living our Jewish experience together since 1974. We started as an informal group dedicated to creating a nurturing Jewish community for our children and ourselves. Those children are grown men and women now, and our focus has evolved. We have been enriched by the insights and spirit of many part-time Rabbis over the years, still we have retained our family-oriented, informal character. We have no building, no "business." In normal times we meet in our homes for services, Shabbat dinners, and adult learning. On Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur, our services have taken place at the Lake Lincolndale Clubhouse, where all have been welcome. During the height of the pandemic, our meetings went online, but we have returned to in-person meetings.
